Let’s welcome Blaim Milam to the Metta x Cloudbreak family as she takes over our Tuesdays 3pm Vinyasa Flows!
This vigorous yet well-balanced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement) dances between smoothly flowing poses and longer held poses to build stamina and strength. Each teacher flavors class with his or her unique style and offerings!

Deeply relax and slow down the body and mind. Restorative yoga poses are supine, passive, and comfortably supported with yoga props (blanket, bolster, strap, and blocks). The class is intended to engage the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the body to completely relax.
We’re excited to share that, starting July 8th, Charlene Lowe will be teaching Align & Breathe 75 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30pm at Cloudbreak!
This 75-minute all levels class focuses on alignment and breath. The power of your own breath will help you safely align your body into each pose. When your body is aligned, you can maximize the energetic and healing benefits of each pose and minimize any risk of injury, while getting stronger.
