Functional Strength + Alignment
Learn the fundamentals of lifting weights for strength and conditioning. You will flow throughout exercises and build confidence around weight lifting. There will be emphasis on where we feel exercises and how they are working in our body to build strength, prevent injury, and increase overall athleticism.
Yoga Pilates fusion
In this high-energy class you'll get an intense workout from a mix of yoga, Pilates, light weights, and HIIT exercises. Leave class sweaty, stronger, and full of energy.
FOCUSFit flow
FOCUSFit flow is strong and intentional. You’ll move through a fusion of low-impact, focused cardio with handheld weights, progressing into compound exercises and proper resistance training to enhance bone density and build lean muscle mass. The practice is rounded out with mobility, balance, flexibility, and yoga-inspired stretching, leaving you feeling energized and grounded for the rest of your day.
Pilates HIIT Fusion (heated °86)
In this high energy fitness class, you'll get an intense workout from a mix of Pilates, light weights, and HIIT exercises in a heated room. Leave class sweaty, stronger, and full of energy.
mat strength
Blending Pilates principles with functional strength training, you will develop muscular endurance, core control, and joint stability through thoughtful progressions and intentional movement. You will do ground-based, weighted exercises to build foundational strength and stability. The emphasis is on proper form and body awareness with the goal of strengthening stabilizing muscles and building confidence in your body’s capabilities.
