In this 3-part series, Christa will guide you through meditation, breathwork, and simple mantra to explore and balance the chakra system your body’s subtle energy centers. Each class will include sound healing led by Emily Wiemer, using instruments like singing bowls, harmonium, bells, and gong to support a deep state of rest and reset.

This 3-hour workshop goes beyond the dos and don’ts, we will cover the whys with a deep dive into the anatomy and physiology of the pregnant body. You will learn modifications and variations of postures so that you can better practice and/or serve your pregnant students. There is a lot of misinformation about what is appropriate at this time. We will debunk some of the myths. This workshop will include lecture, discussion and a short practice. It will be fun, informative and maybe mind blowing. The only prerequisite is that you come with a curious and open mind.
