Metta Mama is offering a new Postnatal Yoga Class with Ashley Stachon on Tuesdays at 9:15-10:15am!
Our new yoga for Moms & Tots class is designed for the new mom with a moving baby/toddler. This class is designed for moms with crawling babies all the way up to 2.5 years old.
The transformative time of early motherhood can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming and leave us with more questions than answers. There is so much to navigate during the perinatal year and sometimes we do not know where to turn to for resources to help us navigate all these new experiences.
Join us at Metta Mama starting in January for a free perinatal education series where we will cover topics ranging from hormonal health, to sleep, to pelvic floor health. Learn how to navigate your new normal from experienced practitioners that will help guide you to feel more confident in your body, in your mind, in your relationship, and in your new job caring for your precious little one.
Led by Michelle Wing from IYK®, this class is designed for parents and kids to practice yoga together, creating lasting memories while fostering connection, flexibility, and strength. This class offers poses and activities for all ages, with plenty of opportunities for laughter and bonding.
Each session will also support a great cause, making your practice even more meaningful. Come stretch, play, and give back as a family!
Labor does not have to be a scary, painful, horrible experience. This workshop will empower you to make your labor and delivery what you want it to be.

CircleMoms provides an in-person community for moms in the fourth trimester. CircleMoms brings mothers 0-3 months postpartum together for a 6 week series that discusses topics ranging from birth stories, feeding and sleep, to pelvic floor health and pediatric development.
We will create space to connect through yoga poses, games, storytelling and more. Through the poses your child will build balance, strength and flexibility. This class series meets Wednesdays from 10:00 AM- 10:30 AM from April 30 - May 28.
Join Katie Sullivan for an informative and supportive talk on nurturing healthy sleep habits for your baby during those critical early months, followed by a Q&A session. You’ll leave feeling more confident about your baby’s sleep needs and empowered to handle common sleep challenges.

Guided by Tiana, students will experience the amazing benefits of yoga for body, mind, and soul in a lighthearted environment. Classes will include breathing exercises, discussion of topics such as self-confidence and body positivity, yoga flow, mindfulness, and meditation.
