CircleMoms provides an in-person community for moms in the fourth trimester. CircleMoms brings mothers 0-3 months postpartum together for a 6 week series that discusses topics ranging from birth stories, feeding and sleep, to pelvic floor health and pediatric development.
Many mamas want to work out again, but face obstacles like injuries, incontinence, or diastasis recti after giving birth that make exercise feel less enjoyable or even scary. We are here to help you!
In this workshop, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist Marci Silverberg will lead us through functional exercises to help you rehab your pelvic floor and deep core muscles and teach you functional tools that apply to many movement types, so that you can begin to workout safely and HAVE FUN again doing the things you love.
Led by a certified Doula and Educator in Breast/Bodyfeeding and Newborn Care
This three-hour Newborn Care Workshop offers in-depth, hands-on education for everything new parents need to know about caring for their baby in the early weeks. The class covers feeding basics, diapering, bathing, soothing, sleep environments, and real-life “what-if” scenarios—so you’re never left wondering what to do in any situation with your newborn.
Led by Michelle Wing from IYK®, this class is designed for parents and kids to practice yoga together, creating lasting memories while fostering connection, flexibility, and strength. This class offers poses and activities for all ages, with plenty of opportunities for laughter and bonding.
Each session will also support a great cause, making your practice even more meaningful. Come stretch, play, and give back as a family!
Could your teen or pre-teen (geared for ages 10-14) benefit from exercise, flexibility, body awareness, and mindfulness?
Guided by Tiana, students will experience the amazing benefits of yoga for body, mind, and soul in a lighthearted environment. Classes will include breathing exercises, discussion of topics such as self-confidence and body positivity, yoga flow, mindfulness, and meditation.
Yoga helps children to manage emotions and provides opportunities to explore fun physical movement, develop body awareness, coordination, and of course, to play! We will create space to connect through yoga poses, games, storytelling and more. Parents welcome to stay and watch or drop off.

Join us for a two-hour workshop where we’ll explore how anxiety functions in the body and mind — and how shifting our relationship to it can create greater freedom and ease.
Through the lens of yoga therapy, you’ll learn practical tools you can use anytime anxiety shows up, whether it’s a sudden wave or a constant background hum.
You’ll explore mindfulness techniques to cultivate calmness, learn effective communication tools, and build a supportive community with fellow dads.

This 9-week Aerial Yoga series is designed just for tweens who are ready to lift off the mat and explore yoga in a whole new way. Using soft aerial hammocks, students will stretch, strengthen, invert, and float through the air - all while building confidence, body awareness, emotional regulation, and a deep sense of inner calm.
