KIDS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

This Fall, we are thrilled to introduce the very first KIDS Yoga Teacher Training at Metta, in collaboration with It's Yoga Kids ®. Designed to nurture mindfulness and well-being from a young age, this specialized program will equip you with the skills to guide children on their yoga journey.
Become the leader you want to be. Warrior 1 Essentials Certification is an in-studio 4-day, 24-hour IYK® Certification course for parents, educators, pediatric professionals and coaches working with youth ages 3-13 to learn and teach the skills kids need to succeed.
In This Training, You will:
Earn your IYK® Certificate to teach kids yoga and mindfulness worldwide
Confidently know how to teach yoga easily and effectively to children
Discover how to integrate healthy into your home, school and community
Manage everyday stress to create healthier habits and happier futures
Learn behavior management to support a positive, self-competitive environment
Get found on the IYK® Certified Map and build your kids yoga brand with support
