Join Dana Damara at Metta San Rafael for a Breathwork and Sound Healing Training! In this level one workshop, participants will:

  • Delve into the art of facilitating breathwork and sound healing with crystal bowls and various other instruments

  • Learn styles of breathwork that help regulate their nervous system, balance the brain, amplify and activate energy, and create enhancement of awareness

  • Practice sound healing and breathwork on each other

  • Gain insights on creating an immersive environment that fosters profound relaxation and inner exploration.

  • Learn knowledge and skills to bring this transformative practice to their own communities or practice safely at home.


This Course is for Beginners or seasoned practitioners; conscious leaders; yoga teachers; doctors, lawyers, nurses; psychotherapists, bodyworkers, energy healers, physical therapists, life coaches.

You DO NOT need to be a teacher to take this training!  Most people take trainings for themselves.  Start there ... gain knowledge and wisdom around these practices for yourself.  Decide if you want to share it or not.

Even if you have interest in ONLY Breathwork, or ONLY Sound … you will see why BOTH modalities go hand in hand.


cost includes:

  • (25) hours in person;

  • (25) hours option to assist DDE for practicum hours;

  • Digital manual you can keep;

  • 8” crystal bowl, 440hz, plus case and mallet are extra but can be purchased with your registration at a discount.
