Join Shalom every 2nd Saturday of the month in San Rafael for a special Sound Bath!

Using crystal bowls, bells, and voice, Shalom literally gets the whole room vibrating and harmonizing. The sound waves travel deep into your body delivering an impressive and fascinating range of benefits including powerful physical healing, creative mental stimulation, and profound waves of emotional release. The experience as a whole is relaxing, stimulating, experimental, and explorative.

If you haven’t tried sound healing before, you’ll have to do so firsthand to see what it’s all about. If you have, you’ll be impressed with the depth and care of Shalom’s offering. At the end of the sound bath, we’ll take a minute to come together and reflect as a group.

In order to be comfortable during the sound bath, please bring the following items: a yoga mat, a blanket, and a small pillow for your head. In addition, we recommend you dress in layers.
