Stephanie Phelan

We’re excited to feature Stephanie Phelan, a teacher who has touched so many lives in our community. Recently, Stephanie shared her inspiring story on The Other Way podcast, and we’re thrilled to invite you to listen.

Stephanie’s path to yoga is deeply personal. From her career as a producer for The Today Show to navigating the profound loss of her brother, Stephanie found healing and transformation through mindfulness, meditation, and Ashtanga yoga. Her story is one of resilience, embracing life’s challenges with heart and intention, turning grief into growth and finding strength through stillness.

In this podcast episode, Stephanie shares the practical and spiritual aspects of a massive career shift, how grief fueled her deeper awakening, and how meditation and mindfulness became tools for living with more awareness. She dives into the concept of "Dharma," finding spiritual wisdom in everyday life, and discusses how her yoga practice and teachings have shaped her life and work as a business owner and spiritual teacher.

Stephanie’s Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa Flow classes combine dynamic movement, breath, and alignment, paired with soulful playlists and lighthearted humor. She teaches with deep devotion and radiates love and joy, leaving students with a sense of clarity and inner calm. Her classes are a place to connect with your breath, steady your mind, and open your heart.
