Sarah's classes incorporate her appreciation for the spiritual aspects of yoga in a vinyasa-style flow. By providing attention to the fine details of asanas, Sarah helps students explore and achieve the benefits of a physical yoga practice. She includes intentional sequencing and original eclectic playlists in her classes for students to move their body with their breath and discover ease in their being.

Sarah was first drawn to the practice of yoga in 2002 to balance the demands of her career as a social worker in nonprofit management. Yoga was a place to set aside the stress in her profession and allowed her to reconnect with her center to move through challenging circumstances in life. She completed her first 300 hours of teacher training with Academy of Yoga Learning while living in Melbourne, Australia. After a hiatus from teaching to focus on her growing family with three children, Sarah recently received her 200-hour teacher certification from Metta Yoga.
