Formerly a competitive gymnast, a publicist, and marathon runner, Kara Lee is currently a mother, movement teacher and writer based in California. Passionate about mindful motion that builds strength and increases flexibility, Kara teaches yoga, pilates, and acrobatics, to both children and adults.

Offering classes that blend distinctive beats with a multi-modality approach and a free-spirited outlook, Kara strives to motivate others to live their best lives and try new things.
