Jenn teaches heart-centered vinyasa yoga. Jenn's classes weave together somatic meditation, pranayama, warming asana, cooling restorative, and — always — rich, shared silence. She completed her yoga training with Jaya Yoga School and Peaceful School of Yoga, both in the infinitely beautiful Columbia River Gorge. Beyond lineage and formality, it is from each student, each session, and each self-practice that she continues to learn.
