Being active has always been a core theme of Anne’s life. An athlete and dancer growing up, Anne embraced yoga later in life for the way it helped her slow down, focus and invite in more space through movement, stillness and deep breath work.

In 2015, Anne completed her 200 hour teacher training with Yo Yoga in Cape Town. She taught at various studios thereafter before returning to the US where she led several company yoga programs.

Anne’s vinyasa classes are welcoming, empowering, and playful, with equal parts heat and compassion. Her hope is to challenge each yogi to discover new ways of movement and strength in their bodies and minds.
